For
Hood River Westside Park Site Design, Permitting, and Project Management

Hood River Valley Parks and Recreation District (“District”) is seeking a qualified and responsible consultant to design, project-manage, and complete the permitting process for a potential park site that is located in the National Scenic Area in Hood River, Oregon. The purpose for hiring a consultant is to ascertain whether the property is a viable investment so the District can make an informed decision on purchasing the land.

An electronic copy of consultant’s  proposal shall be submitted via email to bids@hoodriverparksandrec.org by 2:00 P.M., December 29, 2020. Proposals will be viewed in the order they are received at 2:05 PM on December 29, 2020 at District offices at 1601 May Street, Hood River, OR, 97031.

Contract terms, conditions, and specifications can be reviewed at the District Office (address listed above).

The District reserves the right to reject any bid not in compliance with this Request for Proposal or all prescribed public contracting procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all bids upon a finding  that is in the public interest to do so. The District is not liable for any costs incurred by the proposer for the proposal preparation or presentation.
