Parks District Seeks Budget Committee Volunteer

The Hood River Valley Parks & Recreation District (HRVPRD) is soliciting volunteers for its budget committee. The budget committee is appointed by the HRVPRD Board to serve a three year term and will meet at least on April 7th from 5:30 – 7pm Via Zoom. The budget committee is responsible for reviewing the parks district’s proposed budget, making recommendations, and adopting the next year’s budget.

What qualifications make you an ideal candidate for the budget committee? And Why are you interested in serving on the budget committee? Please submit interest email by March 11 at 5:00pm.
