The Mission

The mission of the Hood River Valley Parks + Recreation District is to provide recreational opportunities to the citizens of the Park District, with focus on the youth of our community. Facilities and programs will be developed and maintained to provide safe and economical recreational environments for all users.

 

Aquatic Center

We teach life-saving swimming skills and knowing what to do if you get “in over your head.” From being fearful of going underwater to swimming training laps for competition, we go out of our way to be confidence-inspiring.

Book our Pool Party Room, join Water Polo or Swim Team, try Water Aerobics, and see more fun to be had at the Aquatic Center on our daily Pool Schedule.
