CANCELATION POLICY

If one game location cancels, all locations cancel

CANCELATION PROCESS

  1. If there is snow falling and accumulating on Friday and there is snow expected to continue to fall Saturday = Cancelation notice by 6:30 PM.

  2. If there NO snow falling and accumulating on Friday but there is snow expected to fall Saturday = Cancelation notice by 6:30 A.M.

COMMUNICATION

  1. Notice will be posted on this website

  2. Coaches will be notified

  3. Coaches will email and text families

CANCELED GAMES DUE TO WEATHER

Canceled games will not be rescheduled

We do not have enough dates available to make up canceled games
