League Mission

Administer, develop and promote participation in adult soccer within the local community and state, through a safe and positive playing experience at a competitive level. 


2025 Women’s Indoor Soccer League⚽

The Women’s Soccer League will be managed by Hood River Valley Parks + Recreation District

Women’s Division Overview

  • Players ages 14 and up can sign up for this league

  • Players in this league have varying playing experience and teams will experience a friendly, fun and competitive atmosphere

  • Teams will play 5 v 5 (no goalies). Max roster size 10.

  • Teams will play 1 game per week. Game days will be Sundays.

  • Each team guaranteed 6-7 games plus a single game elimination playoff tournament

Season Dates

  • Game days: Sundays

  • League Game dates: Jan 19th - Feb 25th

  • Tentative Playoff Date: Week of March 2nd

  • Hood River County School District gyms

TEAM REGISTRATION

Registration fee $ 410 per team / League fees cover direct costs that include umpires, game balls, scorebooks, awards and game supervisors

Register Your Team - Follow these Steps:

  1. Team Managers download and complete this form: Submit Team Roster

  2. Team Managers collect fees from players

Pay Your Team Registration Fee - 2 Options:

  1. Pay on-line with a credit card/debit card

  2. Pay in-person with check, cash or credit card at the Hood River Aquatic Center ($510)

    • Monday - Thursday 10 am - 4 pm

FREE AGENTS

Free Agent Registration OPENS Oct 7

  • If you don’t have a team, you can still sign up!

  • Free Agents will be placed onto a team together

  • Players will need to elect a Team Manager to represent them at team meetings/vote on league rules/other decisions as needed.

Sign up as a Free Agent ($55)

TEAM MANAGERS

  • Represent/participate the team in league meetings (in-person or virtual), 

  • Respond and attend to league communication (email, text, phone calls), 

  • Communicate to team members about practice/game schedules, 

  • Maintain records for the team (scores, wins-losses, etc.) and

  • Communicate team concerns to Parks and Recreation staff

Pre-season Team Managers Meeting: Monday, January 13, 2025 / 6 PM at the Hood River Aquatic Center
