Dates and Times

Stay tuned for the schedule for Adult Learn to Swim Lessons for this summer.

How to Sign Up

Preregistration is required.

Call the Aquatic Center at 541-386-1303 or visit the front desk and we will get you registered. Its free of charge. Just show up in your swim suit and we will take care of the rest. Need a cap or goggles? We got that, too!

Although these classes are free, please come to all sessions. Not showing up takes a spot away from some who could have taken the class.

Make a Splash

Hood River Valley Parks & Recreation District has joined USA Swimming Foundation’s water safety initiative, Make a Splash. The USA Swimming Foundation aims to provide the opportunity for every person in the U.S. to learn to swim. Through an annual grant program and by partnering with swim lesson providers and water safety advocates across the country, we help to support swimming lessons, and educate children and their families on the importance of learning how to swim.
