CANCELATION pOLICY

Cancellation policy

• Cancellations made two or more weeks before the start of the program are eligible for credit on your account or refund.

• Cancellations requested less than two weeks in advance will only be eligible for credit on your account.

Weather cancellations

• Cancelations due to weather are not eligible for reimbursement

• In some cases there may exist the possibility of rescheduling but that is not guaranteed
