Remembering Our Beloved Naomi

Naomi Frisbee celebrated her 103rd birthday this past July at the Hood River Aquatic Center. She was a regular water aerobics participant at the pool for many decades. Even in her older age, she continued to display her independence in class and was an inspiration to those around her. Naomi and her daughter Joella participated in the sessions together, often times in matching swim suits. It was adorable! Naomi was known and loved by all, patrons and staff alike.

She will be remembered by her infectious smile and excitement for life. All of us here at Hood River Parks and Recreation send our love to her family and friends. Naomi, you will be forever missed. 💖
