New Registration and Point of Sale System

Hood River Parks & Recreation is excited to announce that we are transitioning to a new Registration & Point of Sale (POS) software system to better serve our community.

This new system will allow swim lessons, recreation programming, and front desk services to be managed through one convenient account, creating a more streamlined and user-friendly experience.

The new system is currently being used for all swim lessons and recreation programming. Front desk transactions and pass purchases will transition to the new system in March.

We encourage all patrons to create their new account as soon as possible. Setting up an account now will prepare you for future registrations and purchases, and will also help our staff accurately transfer existing pass information as we complete the transition.

Having your account ready in advance will help ensure faster service and a smooth experience once all features are fully live.
