Exciting job opening alert! The Hood River Valley Parks & Recreation District is looking for an Assistant Aquatics Supervisor! If you love all things water, enjoy fostering a safe and engaging environment, and want to make a splash in the community, this is the perfect role for you!

What You'll Do:

Assist in managing pool staff and daily operations

Coordinate engaging programs for our community

Provide excellent customer service to our patrons

Be ready to dive in when needed!

Qualifications:

American Red Cross Lifeguard Training, First Aid, and CPR

Lifeguard Instructor certification preferred

AFO or CPO certification preferred (we’ll provide certification/training if needed)

Schedule & Compensation:

Full-time position: 40 hours/week, ideally evenings and weekends

Competitive salary: $19.80-$26.73/hour, DOE
