FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

Financial Assistance Program We are committed to making our programs accessible to all children and youth. If you need financial assistance, simply call 541-386-2055 and we will be happy to help you or complete the appropriate Financial Assistance Survey below. Financial assistance award may vary from partial to full amount.

Step 1: Register your child and pay in full for the desired program or class

** If paying up front is a financial barrier, please call our office at 541-386-2055 to make other arrangements **

Step 2: Complete the Financial Assistance Application

Step 3: You are automatically eligible for to receive an HRVPRD scholarship of up to 25% off

Step 4: If you would like to receive more financial assistance, we encourage you to apply for the Gorge KKIDS Scholarship

  • If eligible, this foundation covers up to $150 max of participation registration fee

  • Limit one per season

Step 5: We will email you to follow up on the next steps

OTHER IMPORANT REMINDERS:

  • Deadline to apply for Financial Assistance: 2 weeks before the event’s first date

  • Payment Required: Your child’s fee needs to be paid before the event’s first date in order to participate or you must have a plan in place with the Parks and Rec team to take care of your payment

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation policy

  • Cancellations made two or more weeks before the start of the program are eligible for credit on your account or refund.

  • Cancellations requested less than two weeks in advance will only be eligible for credit on your account.

Weather cancellations

  • Cancelations due to weather are not eligible for reimbursement

  • In some cases there may exist the possibility of rescheduling but that is not guaranteed
