Lifeguard Class

Upcoming Lifeguard Class Dates

The purpose of the American Red Cross Lifeguarding course is to provide entry level lifeguard participants with the knowledge and skills to prevent, recognize, and respond to aquatic emergencies.

February 2025 Lifeguarding Class

January 31st: 4pm - 5:30pm Prerequisites

February 1st: 9am - 5pm

February 2nd: 9am - 3pm

February 8th: 9am - 5pm

February 9th: 9am - 3pm

The course fee is $250. Participants who gain employment with HRVPRD upon completion of the course will be reimbursed after three months of employment. The course fee is due on the first scheduled class date. Participants must be at least 15 years of age on or before the final scheduled session of the course.
