This program is jointly managed by Hood River Valley Parks + Recreation District and the Hood River Youth Lacrosse Club

WHO CAN SIGN UP: Kinder - 8th graders

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Hood River Youth Lacrosse’s (HRYL) primary purpose is to develop lacrosse athletes. To further that purpose, HRYL strives to create a fun environment that allows the lacrosse player to gain an appreciation of lacrosse. These aspects include safety, skill development, conditioning, playing strategy, team camaraderie, competition, and good sportsmanship.
  We provide a lacrosse program to benefit skill level progression for all age groups from grades K to 8 and all play emphasizes sportsmanship.

All girls start practice week of March 4th

  • Girls 1st/2nd Grade Team  practice Westside Elementary Middle Fields Mon/Weds   4:00-5:15

  • Girls 3rd/4th Grade Team  practice Westside Elementary Middle Fields Mon/Thurs   5:30-6:45

  • Girls 5th/6th Grade Team  practice Westside Elementary North Field Mon/Weds/Fri  4:00-5:30

  • Girls 7th/8th Grade Team  practice  Westside Elementary North Field Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri   6:00-7:30
