Cancellations

Cancellation policy

  • Cancellations made within two weeks of the start of the program are eligible for credit on your account or refund.

  • Cancellations requested less than two weeks in advance will only be eligible for credit on your account.

Weather cancellations

  • Cancelations due to weather are not eligible for reimbursement

  • In some cases there may exist the possibility of rescheduling but that is not guaranteed

Financial Assistance Program

Financial Assistance Program We are committed to making our programs accessible to all children and youth. If you need financial assistance, simply call 541-386-2055 and we will be happy to help you or complete the appropriate Financial Assistance Survey below. Financial assistance award may vary from partial to full amount.

Step 1: Register your child and pay in full for the desired program or class

Step 2: Complete the correct Financial Assistance Application

Step 3: After you fill out the Financial Assistance Survey, we will direct you to one of two scholarship funds:

  • [1] Gorge KKIDS Scholarship

    • if students are eligible, this foundation covers up to $150 max of registration fee

    • Limit one per season

  • [2] HRVPRD Scholarship Fund

    • In-house program offers a 10-25% discount

*If you are awarded financial assistance, you will be reimbursed the amount you were awarded

OTHER IMPORANT REMINDERS:

  • Deadline to apply for Financial Assistance: 2 weeks before the event’s first date

  • Payment Required: Your child’s fee must be paid before the event’s first date in order to participate
