Upcoming HRVPRD Advisory Council Kickoff Meeting

We are pleased to announce the inaugural meeting of the Hood River Valley Parks & Recreation District (HRVPRD) Advisory Council, scheduled for May 1st at 6:00 PM at the Hood River Library.

The Advisory Council will play a vital role in shaping the future of our community’s parks, trails, facilities, recreational programs, and funding initiatives. Their mission is to provide meaningful, community-informed feedback to the District Board and staff on key issues affecting our district.

Initially, the Council will focus on the Pool Options Study and advising on potential funding measures to present to voters. This is a valuable opportunity for community members and stakeholders to contribute to decisions that impact our shared recreational spaces and services.

Note: The Hood River Board of Directors is invited to attend this meeting, and a quorum may be present.
