The Rotary Skate Park has a wooden half pipe and harmonious concrete ramps, bowls, Oregon geology, and gap features. The park includes a mobius climbing structure, restrooms, a picnic table.
To date, Hood River Parks & Recreation District has made over $600k in improvements to the Skate Park. A large portion of the funding came from grants, including Oregon's Local Government Grants and Lottery Dollars. A solid partnership with the City of Hood River, Hood River Rotary, civic groups, volunteers made it all happen.
