Water Aerobics Schedule & Information

Monday – Friday from 11 – 12pm

Water aerobics classes offer a great workout without the stress and impact on your joints caused by other types of exercise. Class takes place in the shallow end of the recreation pool, but some participants use the warm therapy to enjoy their workout. Foam bar bells, with two different resistance levels, ankle resisters, and waist belts are available for use.

Classes are free with paid pool admission.
