Multi-Jurisdictional Master Plan
for Parks and Recreation in Hood River County

Hood River Valley Parks and Recreation District (HRVPRD), in cooperation with other local agencies – the City of Hood River, Hood River County, and the Port of Hood River – is seeking a professional services team to provide the necessary planning services to develop a Multi-jurisdictional Master Plan identifying strategies to enhance development and management of parks and recreation facilities in Hood River County.

Completed sealed proposals for the Multi-Jurisdictional Master Plan will be received by Mark Hickok, District Director, at the Hood River Valley Parks and Recreation District, 1601 May Avenue, Hood River OR 97031, Monday through Friday – 8:30 am to 4:30 pm – until 2:00 pm on December 21, 2017 (Bid Closing). Bids will be opened immediately after the Bid Closing in the order they were received. Late Submissions will not be accepted.

Contract terms, conditions, and specifications may be reviewed at the HRVPRD Office.

HRVPRD reserves the right to reject any bid not in compliance with this Request for Proposal or all prescribed public contracting procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all bids upon a finding that it is in the public interest to do so. HRVPRD is not liable for any costs incurred by the proposer for the proposal preparation or presentation.
