HOOD RIVER VALLEY PARKS AND RECREATION DISTRICT
GOLDEN EAGLE PARK PROJECT
Hood River Valley Parks and Recreation District is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for furnishing all materials, equipment, labor, and services for the construction of the Golden Eagle Park Project. The project includes demolition of existing structures, preparation and construction of a 98 stall parking lot, multipurpose/bocci/pickleball courts, bathroom/septic system, picnic structures, lighting, and other miscellaneous features.
Sealed bids will be received by Hood River Valley Parks and Recreation District, Issuing Office, 1601 May Avenue, Hood River, OR 97031, Monday through Friday – 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM – until 2:00 PM on May 16, 2017 (Bid Closing). Bids will be opened immediately after the Bid Closing. The person designated for receipt of bids is: Mark Hickok, District Director.
Bid Documents may be obtained or reviewed at the Issuing Office. A non‑refundable fee of $150.00 will be required for each set (add $35.00 if return mailing requested).
Pre-qualification applications under ORS 279C.430 are required and must be submitted by May 11, 2017. The work classes to be pre-qualified for the project include: Heavy Civil Earthwork, HMA Paving, Concrete Work, Aggregate Placement, Court Construction, Utility Work including Power/Water/Sewer, Erosion Control/Stormwater Management.
The project is for a public work subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870 or the Davis-Bacon Act (40 USC 3141 et seq.).
