Located on 17th Street and May Avenue, the Hood River Aquatic Center features year-round fun and educational activities for everyone!

General Announcements

The pool is OPEN on Sundays! Open swim is from 1-5pm. Stop in between the hours of 2 & 4pm and admission is just $1.

Swim Lesson Registration is now in progress for Summer Swim Lessons. For more information, click here, or call (541) 386-1303.

Reminder

Parents must be IN THE WATER with children during specific times of the day and when using the Wade Pool. There are certain hours reserved for children to swim on their own. Please see the online schedule or call the Aquatic Center with questions.

Employment Opportunities

Interested in working at the pool? Applications may be obtained at the Hood River Aquatic Center at 1601 May Avenue, or you can download an application. For more information, contact the Aquatic Center Supervisor at 541-386-1303.

Front Desk Receptionist: Part time in the afternoon, evenings, and Saturdays. Must be good with people and able to handle several tasks at once.
Lifeguard: Part time in the afternoon, evenings, and Saturdays. Applicant must have Lifeguard and CPR Certifications.
